Meet Vanessa

Real estate agent Vanessa Mendez is a proud San Francisco native with deeply rooted ties to the community. Raised in the Mission District, she has witnessed the city evolve over the years and her knowledge of the local market is highly beneficial to her clients.

Vanessa’s interest in real estate was sparked after witnessing her father purchase his own home, but she worked in other sales roles before heading into real estate. From 2014 to 2021, she worked in the wireless sales field before trading in phones for homes. She earned her California real estate license in July 2021 and since then she has worked with a diverse range of buyers and sellers throughout the bay area.

Vanessa’s sales background is an asset as she helps clients to buy and sell their homes, as she is able to effectively connect with clients, identify needs, and create solutions to help them meet those needs. As a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaker, she is driven to help people from varied backgrounds to understand complex sales processes, which benefits clients as they navigate a competitive San Francisco real estate market.

Vanessa, enjoys spending time with her three children and husband who serve as her greatest inspiration and motivators in her career. Trying new coffee shops is what she loves doing on downtime. She even named her corgi Koffi.
