Meet Paula de

Raised in the Bay Area with over 22 years of real estate experience, Paula brings strong knowledge and proven expertise to the real estate industry. She specializes in residential properties, including first-time home buyers, and represents both buyers and sellers with confidence and care. Having started her career in Las Vegas, she offers a well-rounded perspective and strong negotiation skills that consistently benefit her clients.

Paula has experience in traditional sales, new construction, VA buyers, short sales, foreclosures, probate, off-market properties, and investment opportunities. She also worked as a New Home Sales Advisor for a reputable builder, giving her valuable insight into construction and builder contracts.

Known for her hands-on approach, Paula is committed to building long-term relationships based on trust and clear communication. She believes real estate is more than a transaction and works hard to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Paula is a devoted wife and proud mother of three daughters, and she helps manage her eldest, a singer and aspiring actress. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and their Shih Tzu, Milo. Her personal goal is to continue growing her real estate portfolio and travel more with her family.
