Get to Know Me

Real estate professional Michelle Chin serves the Bay Area market, where she primarily works with first-time homebuyers. As a San Francisco native, Michelle loves advising her clients on the city’s many different styles and neighborhoods. Prior to pursuing a career as a real estate professional, she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management at the University of San Francisco. After graduating, she delved into the corporate workforce full time before slowly transitioning into the real estate industry.

Michelle has experience in mortgage lending, leasing, and commercial property management. Due to her extensive professional and educational background in business, she is a skilled communicator and negotiator. Intent on delivering exceptional client care, Michelle attends to her clients’ unique needs while providing thorough guidance into the buying and selling process. Enthusiastic about helping others, she strives to create a professional working environment predicated on loyalty, honesty, and compassion.

Outside of work, Michelle is passionate about international travel and eating good food. She takes at least one international trip each year and is always trying out new restaurants. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family and bringing her dog to the dog park.
