Get to Know Me

Michael Soon has spent nearly two decades helping people find their place in the San Francisco Bay Area.  As a born-and-raised San Franciscan from the Sunset District, Michael grew up with the city as his playground and real estate as his early classroom. As a kid, he was right there alongside his parents, managing properties and learning the ropes of construction, repairs, tenant placement, and customer service. Those hands-on lessons became the building blocks of the career he enjoys today.
Michael launched his real estate career during one of the toughest economic downturns in recent history—a challenge that only sharpened his skills. No matter how tricky the market, he’s known for keeping clients calm, informed, and confident, guiding buyers and sellers to smart decisions and great results. His experience covers it all: single-family homes, condos, multi-unit buildings, and commercial properties.
 
Before joining Fifty Hills Real Estate, Michael was a top-producing agent at Compass, Climb Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Residential Realty. For the past eight years at Compass, he’s continued to raise the bar—blending innovative marketing, sharp negotiating, and strong relationships to deliver wins for his clients. He’s grateful for the incredible experiences so far and is excited for what’s peaking next at Fifty Hills Real Estate.
 
Home for Michael is now in The Sunset District, where he lives with his wife and kids. His real estate reach stretches from San Francisco down the Peninsula, and when he’s not working, you’ll likely find him rediscovering favorite childhood haunts or trying new spots with his family—whether that’s grabbing bites on Irving Street, strolling Fillmore, or exploring the latest Peninsula vibe.
