He has consistently demonstrated in-depth local market knowledge, thorough market analysis, top-notch services, attention to details, and strong yet creative negotiation skills. Geen’s specialty is building strong relationships and trust by being sincere, authentic, and friendly. Geen has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 36 years and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the Information Technology industry for many years for a startup company as well as a well-known financial institute. During leisure time, he enjoys traveling with his lovely wife and two daughters. He is a diehard sports fan, supporting the local professional and collegiate teams. His favorite memories were the San Francisco Giants winning the World Series in 2010, 2012, and 2014, and the recent Golden State Warriors’ dynasty run from 2015 to 2022.
