Meet Donovan

Donovan Yi is the real estate strategist built for the Bay Area's competitive market. Known for his financial discipline and proactive execution, Donovan helps clients master the path to homeownership.

His core philosophy: Knowledge and action create opportunity. Donovan leverages his deep understanding of macroeconomics and market trends to ensure first-time buyers make financially sound, future-proof investments—not just purchases.

Engineered Value & Proven Results

• Strategic Win: The $85K Advantage. Donovan doesn't wait for listings. He cold-called and doorknocked to find a property two weeks before it hit the market. By advising his client to secure a HELOC at 2% for a cash offer and a record 5-day close, he guaranteed the deal and secured a condo valued at $500K for just $415K.

• Top Producer: Achieved Top Producer status in 2020 & 2021, demonstrating peak performance even in volatile markets.

• Relatable Focus: Having personally broken the rent cycle to buy his own home, Donovan specializes in empowering First-Time Buyers with the financial and strategic knowledge to succeed.

My Commitment

After years running a martial arts school, Donovan mastered discipline and execution. Following a strategic pause in 2024 to welcome a new baby, he is focused on delivering high-velocity results for your family.

Your goal is to own a home. Donovan's strategy is to make it your greatest asset.
