Meet Belinda

Belinda Yan grew up in Orinda and has lived throughout the Bay Area, including Berkeley, San Francisco, San Mateo, and San Carlos, before spending time in Lake Tahoe. Her experiences living in these diverse communities give her a well-rounded perspective on the region’s markets, as well as a deep-rooted connection to the Lamorinda area where she was raised.

Belinda specializes in helping first-time homebuyers and investors take their first steps in real estate with confidence. Having personally transformed her Tahoe home into a successful Airbnb rental, she understands the excitement and the challenges that come with purchasing and managing a personal home or an investment property. She uses her experience to simplify the process, anticipate her clients’ needs, and provide guidance that feels both practical and approachable.
